Lake
Incline Village has several lakes. The main lake is approximately 220 acres, great for boating, swimming, skiing and tubing, for lot owners only.
Fishing
We have great fishing, including bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish.
Pool
The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day each year. It is free for lot owners and located at the clubhouse. Lot owners are limited to 5 guests and the cost is $5 per guest. Please show your Incline Village ID to the lifeguard on duty. Please read and follow the pool rules. The pool comes equipped with a kiddy pool and a swim lane ranging in depth from 4 to 8 feet. We have pool side lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas also. The pool is open Monday - Sunday, noon to 8pm.
Beach
The beach has a roped off swim area and a large sandy shore, great for building sand castles and enjoying the sun. Close by is a pavilion for picnicking, bonfires and other festive activities.
Marina
Incline Village has 45 boat slips that are for yearly rental. We also have day docks for day use only.
We have two fishing areas for the fisherman. One is located at Village Drive West and the other at Magnolia park.
Tennis
Our court, which is located near our Community Center, features a full-sized tennis court and a pickle ball court with net. Since our tennis court is kept locked to preserve its condition, keys are available at the Village Office for a $20 deposit.
Basketball
Our fenced-in court, located next to the tennis courts, features an asphalt surface with 2 basketball nets. This area is kept unlocked.
Volleyball
A sand volleyball court is located adjacent to the beach.
Horseshoe Pit
Located next to the beach.
Community Center
Clubhouse rental is available to property owners. It comfortably seats 80 people and is great for family and group events.
Fishing Dock
We have two fishing areas. One is located at Village Drive West and the other at Magnolia park.
