Welcome to Incline Village; one of the most beautiful lake communities in Missouri. We are a gated community located 45 miles west of St. Louis and 3 miles north of Interstate 70 in Foristell, Missouri. Adjoining our village, but not affiliated with Incline Village, is the challenging 18-hole Incline Village Golf Course.
Our village has 5 lakes, the largest of which is approximately 220 acres in size. Our lakes provide great fishing, swimming, boating and water sport activities. We also have a beach and swim area with sand volleyball court and horseshoe pits. A Community Center, tennis court, basketball court and a large swimming pool are among the numerous amenities enjoyed by property owners. We do rent the Community Center to property owners who might want to have a baby or wedding shower, wedding reception, birthday parties, etc.
The Village is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of 3 volunteer members, each serving a 3-year term.
Directions
From Highway 61, exit at Dietrich Road. and follow Dietrich to the Incline Village entrance on the right. From Highway 70, exit at the Foristell exit (203) and head North on Highway W. Take a left on Dietrich Rd. Follow it approximately 3 miles, and Incline Village will be on your left.
